St Paul Saga – Part 2 (The Fix is in)

Homeowners in St. Paul, MN contacted Premier Energy USA to help them with a construction disaster involving a floor warming cable system under a tile floor. The cable had been damaged due to poor construction practices that caused the floor to settle and crack with the weight of the self-leveling concrete and tile.
