High performance, with flexible networking and optional displays they can control almost any HVACR application.

TDB
Flagship product in the Intuitive range, TDB controllers, come with license-free PLC software, TDB, built-in and can control over 600 HVACR points with one device.
MINI TDB
Powerful, compact control for PLC applications, based on the technology in our flagship TDB controller, the Mini can control up to 581 HVACR devices and points.
TOUCHXL
Performing the role of a PLC controller and display in one device, Touch XL Controllers come with PLC software TDB built-in.
EXPANSION
To only pay for what you need, Intuitive controllers are complemented by a range of expansion devices to expand the number of inputs and outputs on the already powerful functionality of each device. Dependent upon selection, you can control over 600 HVACR devices or points with just one controller.
DISPLAYS & SOFTWARE
Intuitive Controllers are available with both on-device or remote display options for better control during and after installation. Controllers with TDB software can be used with our free-to-download PLC desktop editing software, presenting an additional saving when compared to similar solutions.
NETWORKING & COMMUNICATIONS
Intuitive Controllers feature a mix of built-in communications, including IP (Internet Protocol), USB, and CAN bus for simple connectivity to your devices and peripherals. TDB controllers can communicate upward via BACnet, XML and Webservices, and to slave devices via Modbus® or BACnet. Giving the option to remotely access, view and alter the settings on your device simply by using a web browser.

TCI
The TCI is a programmable universal controller with communication capabilities. Each control loop may use 2 PI sequences and 2 binary stages. The TCI comes with a built in RS communication interface that allows peer to peer communication with an operation terminal such as OPA.
Communication plug-in allow for integration of the controller into a network. These modules are described in their own manual. Currently available are plug-ins for BACnet and MODBUS.
Flexible application configuration is made with a parameter-setting routine using the standard operation terminal.
Complete parameter sets may be copied by use of an accessory called AEC or exchanged with a PC using an RS-USB converter and the Easy Set program.
