Radiant Floor Joist Heating System for new construction

Perfect for new construction simply because less trades are involved. When you put down floor warming cable or mats, the chance of damage goes up exponentially. Other tradespeople walking or setting things on the floor or just people walking over the cables. The floor joist system provides more watts per square foot than any cable or mat system and is not in the wear surface. If you decide to replace your floor 10-15 years down the road or the new owners have a different idea for the space, the heating system will not be affected.

Heating panels do not need to be placed under permanent fixtures such as: cabinets, islands, appliances, etc. Only necessary where you walk.
